WyomingLLC (operated by Topslice LLC, a New York limited liability company) respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and your rights regarding your data. It applies to the https://wyomingllc.xyz website and all services we provide.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Intake form data: name, country of residence, passport details (biographic page), business description, ownership structure, contact information. Required to file your Wyoming LLC and IRS Form SS-4.
- Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or CVV. We retain Stripe's transaction records (date, amount, last 4 digits) for our accounting and refund processing.
- Communication records: WhatsApp messages, emails, support tickets, video call transcripts (if you opt into recording).
- Website analytics: page views, country (geographic, derived from IP), referrer, browser type. Aggregated, no personal identifiers. We use privacy-respecting analytics (Vercel Analytics or similar) that do not use third-party cookies.
- Bank application context: the prep packet, business description, and supporting documents you provide for bank introductions. Shared with the bank (Mercury, Relay, Wise) at your direction.
- Wyoming SoS public filings: Articles of Organization and annual reports are filed with the Wyoming Secretary of State and are public records by law.
How we use information
- To form your LLC: file Articles of Organization with the Wyoming Secretary of State.
- To obtain your EIN: file IRS Form SS-4 on your behalf.
- To draft your operating agreement: tailored to your structure and intake responses.
- To introduce you to banks: Mercury, Relay, and Wise Business each receive a copy of your application packet at your direction.
- To provide customer support: WhatsApp, email, video calls.
- To improve our service: aggregated, anonymized data about formation timelines, bank approval rates, and customer questions.
- To comply with legal obligations: IRS Form 5472 if you opt into the add-on, Wyoming SoS annual report if you opt into the add-on, KYC requirements imposed by banks.
- To enforce our Terms of Service: detecting fraud, abuse, or violations of acceptable use.
Information we do NOT collect
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not use cross-site tracking pixels (no Facebook Pixel, Google Ads conversion pixels).
- We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
- We do not record screen sessions or use session-replay tools (FullStory, Hotjar).
- We do not buy customer email lists or run unsolicited cold outbound.
- We do not retain your passport biographic page after the IRS confirms your EIN, unless you specifically request continued storage for bank application support.
Information sharing
We share necessary information with these third parties:
- Wyoming Secretary of State: your LLC formation filing (Articles of Organization) is filed with the state. Public record by law.
- Internal Revenue Service: your Form SS-4 EIN application. Required for EIN issuance.
- Banks you elect to apply to: Mercury, Relay, Wise. Only with your explicit consent during intake. They have their own privacy policies.
- Stripe: payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
- Our registered agent partner in Wyoming: receives mail and service of process on behalf of your LLC.
- Our hosting and analytics providers: Vercel (hosting), email provider (SendGrid or similar). They are bound by data processing agreements.
- Legal compliance: if required by law, court order, or government request. We will notify you unless legally prohibited from doing so.
We do not share with anyone else without your explicit consent.
Data retention
- Active customer records: retained while you are a customer plus 7 years (US tax record retention standard).
- Intake form data: retained for the life of your LLC plus 7 years.
- Passport scans: retained only as long as needed for filings and bank applications; deleted on request after EIN is issued, or kept for bank application support if you request.
- Payment records: retained per Stripe's data retention policy plus our 7-year accounting standard.
- Communication records: retained for 2 years for support continuity, then archived.
- Website analytics: aggregated data retained indefinitely (no personal identifiers). Cookie-based analytics retained per Vercel's policy (typically 12 months).
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of your data: email us and we will provide a copy of all data we hold about you within 30 days.
- Request deletion: subject to legal retention requirements (US tax records must be kept for 7 years), we will delete your data on request.
- Correct inaccurate information: email us with corrections.
- Withdraw consent: stop bank introductions, opt out of email communications, cancel optional add-ons.
- Data portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format (JSON or CSV).
- Lodge a complaint: contact your local data protection authority if applicable (e.g., ICO in the UK, DPA in your home country).
International data transfers
WyomingLLC is based in the United States. By using our service, you understand that your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence.
For customers in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable.
Security
We use industry-standard security practices: HTTPS everywhere, encrypted database storage, access controls limited to the minimum staff needed, two-factor authentication on all internal systems, secure document storage for sensitive items (passport scans).
No security system is perfect. If we discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours (in line with GDPR standards) and provide details on what happened and what we are doing about it.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies. Essential cookies for site functionality (session management) and privacy-respecting analytics (aggregate data only, no personal identifiers). We do not use third-party tracking cookies, Facebook Pixel, Google Ads conversion pixels, or similar.
Children's privacy
Our service is for adults forming US business entities. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers. The last-updated date at the top reflects the current version.
