| Item | Cost | Frequency |
|---|---|---|
| Wyoming annual report fee | $60 minimum | Annual (first day of anniversary month) |
| Registered agent renewal | Competitive rate (~$100/yr) | Annual |

None of these are required by default. Each is clearly priced and only billed if you opt in during checkout or later via email request.

5-year cost compared with alternatives
For a single-member non-resident LLC, all else equal, this is what each option totals over a 5-year hold including formation, state fees, registered agent renewal, and basic compliance (Form 5472 filing).
| Service | Year 1 | Year 2+ | 5-year total |
|---|---|---|---|
| WyomingLLC Wyoming | $297 + state fee | ~$160 + 5472 add-on | ~$1,037 |
| Delaware LLC equivalent | $297 + DE state fee | ~$400 (incl franchise tax) | ~$1,987 |
| doola Total Compliance | $297 + $100 state | $1,999/year | ~$8,393 |
| Firstbase fully-loaded | $399 + state | $1,713+/year | ~$7,250+ |
| Stripe Atlas (Delaware only) | $500 (DE only) | $300/year | ~$1,700 |
| Northwest (US residents) | $39 + state + add-ons | $125/year RA | ~$1,140 |
Across 5 years, WyomingLLC Wyoming saves about $950 vs Delaware and about $7,000 vs doola Total Compliance.

- After filing, before EIN issuance: refund of service fee minus filing costs incurred (registered-agent first-year, Articles filing handling). Typically 50% to 70% partial refund. The Wyoming state fee is non-refundable (paid to the state).
- After EIN issuance: no refund. All included services have been delivered.

Multi-LLC and bundle pricing
For founders forming 3+ LLCs (common with multi-brand e-commerce sellers, holding-plus-operating structures, or real estate portfolios), we discount per-LLC. Typical structures we quote:
- Wyoming holding + 1 operating sub: ~$534 + 2 state fees
- Wyoming holding + 2 operating subs: ~$771 + 3 state fees
- Multi-brand FBA (3 separate LLCs): ~$801 + 3 state fees
- Real estate portfolio (5+ LLCs): quote on request
Bundle pricing applies to formations purchased together. Each LLC needs its own EIN, operating agreement, and bank introduction packet, so each gets its own intake form.
